Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Envision Edge Solutions. By engaging our services, accessing our website, or making any payment to us, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By making a payment to Envision Edge Solutions (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), the Client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, without modification or exception.

2. Payment Terms

  • All services must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Payment confirms the Client’s full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Delayed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

3. Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued after 24 hours from the time of payment.
  • If the Client cancels the project within 24 hours of payment, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of the Company, subject to administrative and consultation fee deductions.
  • Refunds are not applicable on any design, digital marketing, hosting, domain, development, or any other creative or digital service after 24 hours.

4. Project Timelines & Communication

  • All timelines provided are estimates and depend heavily on client responsiveness and the provision of required materials.
  • The Company is not liable for delays caused by the Client, third-party dependencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Lack of response from the Client for more than 14 consecutive days may result in project suspension or termination without refund.

5. Revisions & Approvals

  • Revisions are limited as per the package agreed upon. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.
  • Once a design, video, or web module is approved, any changes requested after that point will be treated as a new request and charged accordingly.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, code, visuals, and digital assets created remain the intellectual property of Envision Edge Solutions until full payment is received.
  • Upon final payment, the Client will be granted usage rights specific to the project scope. Source files and raw content are not included unless explicitly mentioned or purchased separately.

7. Third-Party Services

  • The Company may use or recommend third-party tools or platforms (e.g., hosting, plugins, social media tools).
  • We are not responsible for changes, performance, downtime, or data loss caused by third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Envision Edge Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
  • The Company’s total liability for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for those services.

9. Suspension & Termination

  • The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if the Client violates these Terms, engages in abusive behaviour, or causes reputational harm.
  • No refunds will be issued in cases of service suspension or termination due to Client misconduct.

10. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • We respect your privacy. All information shared will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent, unless legally required.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably through discussion.
  • If unresolved, the laws of Sri Lanka will govern disputes, and legal proceedings shall be conducted within its jurisdiction.
